Saturday’s Popped! Festival in Northern Liberties was plagued by downpours all day long, and, to be honest, it wasn’t exactly a blast. And then Philly’s Arc in Round hit the stage around 6 p.m., the clouds parted, and the sun shone down for the first time all day. How did AiR do it? I guess they’re just fucking magical! Or maybe the gods just dig their shoegazery rock, as did those who braved the rain to check ‘em out:
