The E.N.D. For Black Eyed Peas In Philly
Remember way back when the Black Eyed Peas were a cool and credible underground hip-hop act along the lines of Jurassic 5 and Dilated Peoples? Yeah, it’s pretty hard to remember now, given the total abomination they’ve become this decade. But I guess if they were still operating in their old style, they’d be coming to the Khyber or Johnny Brenda’s instead of the Wachovia Center, which is where BEP’s 2010 “The E.N.D.” tour will touch down on March 3rd. Ah well, no use in lamenting sell-outs. If you’re still a Black Eyed Peas fan: 1) You’re dead to us; and 2) Tickets go on sale this Saturday at noon.
