British Mumia Abu-Jamal supporters demonstrated today in front of the U.S. Embassy in London.

After nearly 30 years since his conviction, Mumia Abu-Jamal made it back to appeals court this afternoon in Philadelphia. A rally in front of the Old City courthouse attracted Abu-Jamal supporters from around the world, although the three-panel judge court can take months to reach a verdict.

So instead of heading down the street, PW traveled to a demonstration in front of the U.S. Embassy in London to show the globe’s perspective on the 1981 murder of Philadelphia Police Officer Danny Faulkner.
