A wealth of PHA board members and others think this is ridiculous. Former Mayor John Street was emailed by the Inky and wrote a message back saying “Ha Ha!” 64 times. Richard A. Do you like Pennsylvania redevelopment grants? You think it was sorta cool how Gov. Ed Rendell used such grants to fund both public and private projects across the state, all the while “saying Pennsylvania earns back the money it invests through tax revenue and new jobs”? Yeah?
