   How is this a racist policy when Black people are the majority population in the city?

   These are largely Black youth in a largely Black city acting a fool on the streets and the Black mayor isn’t having it.

   Where were these folks when the youth needed positive, intelligent role models to explain to them that wanton destruction and lawlessness isn’t something you take up as a hobby?

   Come on with all this mess… Go protest bad parenting instead of the mayor.
