World to Rep. Mike Turzai: Well “DONE!!!”
You may remember right-wing House Majority leader Rep. Michael Turzai (R-Allegheny) from this summer when, amid the hubbub of Voter ID, a video of him gloating to his cohorts that Voter ID would hand Romney Pennsylvania made the rounds.
The gaffe made him the laughingstock of cable news shows for a while. It also made him the laughingstock of the Harrisburg press corp, who roasted him with this cartoon featured on the playbill at the 82nd annual Gridiron dinner.
After both Pennsylvania and the presidency went to Obama, everyone else remembered Turzai’s remarks, too.
Spoiler alert: the next 4 years are not going to turn out well.
