These boots were made for walkin’

Sometimes it takes a rainstorm to bring out the devil-may-care in us. I’m hoping this deluge clears our fashion inhibitions and brings my favorite and most gauche accessory to the streets: couture rain boots. Nothing says “I’m more fashionable than inclement weather” than a pair of over styled and wildly printed designer plastic boots. Spotting any of these would make my overcast day!
