Lilypad coffee table, +00 by Blu Dot for Urban Outfitters

Things we like: the Blu Dot/Urban Outfitters collaboration +00, which takes the price of Blu Dot furniture, which after all was founded on the idea that design should be affordable, down to “very nearly affordable.” For example, there’s a console that has a similar look to Blu Dot’s Modulicious line; the blue one on the right is the smallest and goes for $800:

And the one on the left being offered through Urban Outfitters goes for… $550. Oh well! It’s a step in the right direction!

Things we do not like: the fact that +00 is pronounced “too.” But we’d forgive even that piece of silliness if you just made a version of Blu Dot’s Chicago 8 shelving unit available for less than $1800. Please?
