I love rain boots, or as they call them across the pond…Wellies. A woman this weekend told me that her husband hates when she puts on her rain boots, but they’ve really been a necessity these past few weeks. I’m a big fan, and being that fathers day is over – who cares what the male constituency thinks. Zappos has cute rain boots. Take a peek before you hit the puddles.

I seem to always be writing about things for when the sun comes back. I’m still hopeful that it will return and I will have the opportunity to be a few shades darker than my current Casper complexion. Cosmo has put together some suggestions for wearing a sundress.

I have a soft spot for Lauren Conrad from The Hills and Laguna Beach. I mean, we share the same first name, and she interned at Teen Vogue. As soon as I became interested in seeing an internship in media play out on “reality” television, I was hooked.
