Christian Siriano kicked off New York Fashion week with his models donning shoes from his upcoming collection for Payless. Is it still considered a designer shoe when everyone can have them? Hard to say, but I’m not complaining about having a chance at owning these bad boys for a fair price. Look for them in Payless stores in the spring.
