Halloween is a pretty killer (pun intended) holiday. When else do you get to dress up in ridiculous costumes, don amazing makeup, eat your weight in candy corn and party the night with tons of other masked strangers? Your cousin’s bat mitzvah doesn’t count.

If you overlook the horrible pun in the party title, McFadden’s frightful festivities looks promising. For $35 you get 3-hour open bar, buffet, drink specials and a $1,000 cash prize costume contest. Not too shabby!
