Rittenhouse Square Artist Showcase & Pop Up Shop

Come out tomorrow night for the opening reception of a new Rittenhouse storefront featuring eco artist and Philly native, Jocelyn Keer’s sustainable line of upcycled functional bottleware. The bottles come in a variety of colors, shapes, sizes and styles and besides being a clever, yet practical gift for any beer/wine lovers you know, a portion from all of Jocelyn’s sales will be donated to organizations committed to Animal Rights and Environmental Protection. Symbolist artist, Jordan Beilin will also be showcasing his collection of drawings, paintings and line of double-tie neckwear. In all, you can look forward to a total of 100 unique works. Wed., 6:30-9:30pm. Thurs.-Fri., 5-9pm. Sat., 1-9pm. @ Empty Store next to Parc Restaurant (Locust St., between 17th & 18th Sts.)

EnA Fine Jewelry Pop Up Shop

Starting this Thursday, local luxury apparel maker, Kendra Designs (234 Arch St.) will be showcasing the contemporary yet classic jewelry of Elements and Alloys. Designer and founder of EnA, Karen Moustafellos is actually a former architect, thus explaining her sleek and simple designs. All of her pieces are made right here in the U.S using 18K gold, sterling silver, high-grade stainless steel and precious/semi-precious stones. While there you might as well peruse the rest of the pop-up boutique as Kendra will be relocating at the end of the month. Thurs.-Fri., 4:30-7:30pm. Sat., 9am-7pm. Sun., 12-5pm. @ Kendra (234 Arch St.)
