Su Blackwell’s Book Sculptures

I am just crushin’ on these amazing book sculptures by British artist Su Blackwell. While I’m not usually a fan of book desecration, I can’t help but love these fantastically intricate pieces.

From Su’s website:

”I often work within the realm of fairy-tales and folk-lore. I began making a series of book-sculpture, cutting-out images from old books to create three-dimensional diorama’s, and displaying them inside wooden boxes.”
