The U.S. Army is warning soldiers to stay away from an HBO documentary that’s airing on Sunday, May 21, 8pm. Jon Alpert and Matthew O’Neill’s Baghdad ER features graphic images of a hospital unit in Iraq, including an amputation. The Army is counseling that active troops may have mental health problems if they watch the film. As if seeing it all in person isn’t disturbing enough.

I have an idea—why don’t we get the troops OUT of Iraq. That would be the best thing for the soldiers’ mental health.
