Hey everyone, I’m leaving this online earth and actually going outside in the air. I’ll be offline until Tuesday afternoon and of course I’m afraid everyone will forget about me and not come back. But please come back! I’ll miss you.
Here’s a photo of me saying goodbye. Have a great holiday, and please please please take care of yourselves. My holiday-wellness list is here, in case you missed it the first time. I won’t get all sentimental right now because New Year’s will be the big thank you, but you’ve made my year so beautiful. Just FYI.

Goodbye, Liz. It’s nice to see you with such a big smile on your face. I don’t think I’ve ever seen your teeth before (maybe I have but just forget, I don’t know). To be honest, I don’t smile too much either.
Coincidentally, I’m planning a trip to SoCal also. But not to the giant magalapolis, which scares me. I’m scheduled to go to San Diego instead, just 100 miles away. I’m sure I won’t forget you over the weekend.

As someone who is part of healthcare policy and has mental illness (I also spent a good while writing pharma ads–woo hoo drug pusher), I commend you for this blog and your education of the issue!
