		<description>I learned this technique in a session of my time in an Intensive Outpatient Program at Kaiser in San Francisco. We didn&#039;t use it for anything so dramatic (just generalized anxiety) and I haven&#039;t used it since, but it is starting to filter into the professional psychiatric field.

I think it is one of those things where psych folks know that it can&#039;t hurt, and if it helps even a little it is worth it as another tool in the arsenal.

Seeing this, I&#039;m likely to go dig out the handout they gave us and give it a more serious try.</description>
