Just Working in Mental Health Made Me Do It: Get Gas?

Boy, it’s a good thing the law is onto this case. From WIStv.com:
(Columbia) Feb. 6, 2007 – A former Department of Mental Health employee was arrested by SLED agents Monday and charged with breach of trust.
An arrest warrant states that in 2006, 32-year-old Daniel Jarrod Sabb of Columbia used the department’s fuel card for his own personal use.
Sabb was arrested Monday afternoon and booked at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
Is there not much crime in Columbia, South Carolina? Because in Philly, this kinda thing is called business as usual.

I checked with Vince Fumo and in Philadelphia it’s only a crime if the personal use involves transporting $100 per gallon cans of paint.
