Have you heard of the “Welcome Back Awards”? If I knew you personally, I’d nominate you for the “Destigmatization Award,” but beings that I don’t I thought I’d tell you about it so you can nominate yourself. I believe you have done A LOT in this area.

When I have days like that, sometimes I just call in sick to work. (Maybe that’s part of the reason that employment has been kind of hard to come by lately.) Long walks have always helped me deal with mood problems, too. Long walks and, when I was younger, long bicycle rides. They seem to allow a glimpse into a different reality, and to set the imagination free.
