Having just visited BookExpoAmerica, I suppose I missed his appearance and his signing. More the loss.

Trenchant juxtaposition of faith and f**k. Not being a big porn fan (not such a hot topic here), I can’t say I’ve seen him in action. You probably didn’t get down to the corner video store to pick up a copy for research purposes either.

His party anecdote you read certainly leads me to an understanding of why he would be anti-gay marriage. He’s man enough for everyone.

I hope you keep up the lit crit and keep “Lit Gloss” as a regular feature. Your attitude is very much like Sandra Tsing Loh’s, though you bring your own insight into the world. Have you been on Terry Gross yet?

Liz, great review! I loved the juxtaposition of the charmingly light jazz music which framed the video with the wacka wacka meka leka hi meka hiney ho depravity which you so eloquently related. You didn’t convince me that this would actually be a good read but you did convince me that you are hilarious. Thanks for the laughs!! David
