Keep in mind that my office is directly across the street from my gym, and I never go there. It’s as if the doors are made of fire. But if this were in my office, how could I resist?

Liz, I was going to make a comment about walking, workplace working and chewing gum at the same time but instead will just tell you to get your lazy ass over to the gym across the street that you’re already paying for. Creative people can always find creative solutions to avoid anything they really don’t want to do. Which reminds me I really need to get on my exercise bike tonight in the worst way. Within tweinty minutes legs start to get worn out and I have to sit down to rest for five minutes.

How long can someone work on that thing before they are to worn out to do anything else?

Everyone is missing the point. You are right. the doors at your gym actually are on fire. Most modern gyms have fire doors. Where do you think the term “feel the burn” comes from?
