This Is So Absurd and Bizarre, I Don’t Know What to Say
Thanks to Susan S. for sending this link to me. It frightens me how happy I was to see Happy Days again. I think I watched that show for the entire 10 years it was on, despite the fact that the plots never changed. If you’ve never seen it, you have now.

This video seems to have kind of a dual message – being partly about what a difference hair, or its absence (depending on location), can have on a person’s physical appearance, and partly about why it’s important to be able to change political perspective when the evidence warrants it. That’s how it seems to me, anyway. I suppose it’s possible the hair thing could be meant to kind of subliminally reenforce the message about being open to change.
I used to have that same kind of fascination with the “Happy Days” show as you, despite the sameness of all it’s episodes. I think it was because it was always about something fun happening in an environment where nothing could go very seriously wrong – kind of like riding on one of the less extreme attractions at an amusement park.
