My girlfriend got me into Ray LaMontagne. His music is fantastic. Jolene is one of the best songs ever. This from a guy that doesn’t normally dig the singer/songwriter thing.

My neighbour is an MRI tech. You are NOT the only pussycat on the block, trust me. It’s very common and the techs spend a lot of time, energy and sincere concern learning to help people get through it.

Well, I know what it’s like to forget. I lost two or three years thanks to ECT.

I’m happy to hear how well you did in the MRI. You should be proud. As to wearing pajamas out on the street, I wouldn’t worry.

Up here, in my neck of Philly, it’s quite fashionable to wear pj bottoms, a tight t-shirt and shower shoes with socks.

Ray LaMontagne is a good, somewhat-bleak, raspy-voiced singer. I heard of him when he did a really cool cover of Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy” in 2006. His new album is supposedly less bleak – perfect for post-MRI listening. Enjoy!
