I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’ve dedicated this space this week to promoting the NAMI Walk, which is tomorrow. There are, of course, many walks other than the one in the Philly area, including the Greater New Jersey walk at the ETS campus near Princteon, NJ. (If you haven’t been to that campus, it’s lovely. I know it well, and would like to live there.) So a shout-out to Susan for not only talking the talk, but walking the walk.

Hi Liz,
I’d like to extend my compliments and bravo to both you and Susan and especially to you for your equilibrium in presenting and mentioning NAMI‘s efforts.
Had either of you done so on Dawdy’s Furious Seasons forum I think you’d be crucified or savaged by what John McManamy refers to as “Dawdy and his Mini Me’s.”
Liz, I do enjoy and appreciate your more reasonable and balanced perspective and presentation on these serious illnesses.

Thank you Liz. I raised $155 and had a good time. Except my legs are still killing me, and I forgot sun screen. But a great time was had by all, and it was for a great cause.
And- there were many dogs that walked too.
