Just started subscribing to your blog. Very interesting topic. I do not think it would be wise to elect a president with bipolar disorder. This comes from my own experience having bipolar. Any person in charge of our wonderful country needs to be in complete control of his faculties at ALL times. The military does not allow men or women to enlist who are on anti-depressants. Standards should not be lowered for the President of the United States.
Yes I agree that bipolars should be banned. Only
unfeeling robotsnormal people should be in charge.RobotsNormals make the most logical decisionsHello Liz,
I am interested in writing a guest post for your blog, perhaps about being in a relationship with someone who has bipolar disorder or using social media to reduce the stigma of mental health issues. I am certified in Mental Health First Aid and I am a freelance health and wellness writer. I am also a Certified Health Education Specialist with a Masters in Biology and an in-progress PhD in Health Services Management and Policy.
I hope you will find the guest post suggestions a useful addition to your site, and I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks and take care,
Katie

Hi,
Healthline’s editors have selected http://blogs.philadelphiaweekly.com/trouble/ as one of the top blogs on the web, and we were wondering if you could provide a photo or logo that represents your blog to include in our slideshow of best blogs. The image should ideally be square and be a minimum width / length of 285px.
If you could send the photo, image or logo by this Friday 3/16/12, that would be much appreciated.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Warm Regards,

There is talk that Winston Churchill (who was Prime Minister of Britain in World War II)suffered from “Manic Depression”. He definitely was the man for the moment.
Personally, I think someone who does not have such a condition should just be the one to take a shot at presidency. I read about the possible risks an untreated person may have which made me take the best bipolar disorder test myself.. If that individual with bipolar disorder has quite a manageable and mid case, then some consideration may actually be given.
I was diagnosed with bipolar six years ago, and I am inspired by leaders throughout history that had bipolar and were still able to accomplish many wonderful things. While I know that it can be difficult to deal with the ups and downs of bipolar, I also know that it is possible to accomplish great things.
